About Kimberly

Kimberly Musial is a performing arts strategist, educator, entrepreneur, and Nationally Registered Paramedic based in New York. She is the founder of two performing arts ventures: Ensemble Consulting Co., which provides college admissions consulting and career strategy for student musicians and mentorship for early-career music educators, and Luminous Sounds, Inc., New York's premier luxury wedding and event music ensemble, recognized by NBC's Today Show, Brides magazine, and named a HoneyBook 20 on the Rise honoree in 2019.

A professional violist with over 28 years of experience as a performer, educator, and Fine Arts administrator, Kimberly has helped more than 50 students gain acceptance to top music programs including Berklee, Manhattan School of Music, MIT, and Cornell, securing over $500,000 in scholarship awards. She has mentored more than 40 early-career music educators on work-life balance, classroom management, and building sustainable careers.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Music (cum laude) from the University of Houston, graduate performance studies from the Longy School of Music, a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Shenandoah University, and an Educational Administration certification from St. John's University. She speaks on performing arts careers, music education leadership, and entrepreneurship in the arts.
